2 Station Businesses Robbed Within Minutes of Each Other

Suffolk police are looking for  the person or persons who robbed two businesses minutes apart  Monday night in Huntington Station.

In the first robbery, a man entered the Pizza Hut at 1888 New York Ave., at 9:51 p.m., showed a handgun, and stole cash. He then fled on foot south New York Avenue. The suspect is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall, slim build, Spanish speaking, who was wearing black pants and a blue hooded sweatshirt, full ski mask, and gloves.

The second robbery occurred at  Tropical Deli, at 184 Depot Road, at approximately 10 p.m., showed a gun, and stole cash. He was wearing a black mask, black gloves, and a red hooded sweatshirt with “Puerto Rico” printed on the front with a small Puerto Rican flag.
