4-Mile Run to Benefit Project Hope

A four-mile run through Greenlawn Saturday will benefit Project Hope at  St. Hugh of Lincoln Church.

Project HOPE is an organization of youths  that responds ito the needs of the hungry, homeless and unemployed in and around Huntington.

It operates a mobile soup kitchen, food drives and meals served to a local homeless shelter and free Sunday Suppers served on a bi-monthly basis.

The run culminates in free homemade soup at the finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers in each age category.

Participants are asked to bring non-perishable food item for St. Hugh’s Food Pantry.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION & NUMBER PICK UP:
In-person registration, number/shirt pick up AND FREE pasta dinner on Friday March 1 from 7:00-8:30 PM at :
St. Hugh’s Parish Center
1450 New York Avenue
Huntington Station

 

Day of Registration & Number Pick Up:
7:00-8:15AM at Old Field Middle School gymnasium.

The four-mile run will be preceded by a kids run at 8:30 a.m.
