The Town of Huntington will offer free boating safety classes in March and May for anyone ages 10 and up.
The 8-hour course will provide a New York State boating safety credential to those who attend the full course and pass a test.
Courses are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday March 11 and March 12, from 5-9 p.m. ast the Halesite Fire Department, 1 New York Ave., Halesite.
and
Saturday, May 16 from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at Huntington Town Hall, 100 Main Street, Huntington.
