Town Councilman Mark Cuthbertson, who is running for the Suffolk County Legislative 18th District seat, has picked up a hefty number of endorsements of his campaign.
He was endorsed by the Sierra Club, the Long Island Federation of Labor, Planned Parenthood, the Faculty Association of Suffolk Community College, Laborers Local 66, the Mason Tenders District Council PAC, the New York League of Conservation Voters, LiUna, the Suffolk Association of Municial Employees, and 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East.
He is running against Republican Stephanie Bontempi to succeed Dr. William Spencer.
Bontempi Fundraiser
Stephanie Bontempi, the Republican candidate in the race for the Suffolk County Legislative 18th District, is fundraising Monday night.
She is running against Town Councilman Mark Cuthbertson to succeed Legislator Dr. William Spencer.
The event is scheduled for 6-8 pm at Honu Kitchen and Cocktails. Among the guests are Suffolk County GOP chairman Jesse Garcia.
Tickets are $99 at the door.
