A man was injured after he crashed into a utility pole on Broadway Thursday morning.
The Huntington Community First Aid Squad reported that the accident occurred about 10:20 a.m. at 200 Broadway in Huntington Station. Upon arrival the crew found that the crash had cracked the telephone pole at the base.
The man, in his 50’s was examined at the scene and because of the severity of the vehicle damage and the fact that the air bags had deployed, he was taken to Huntington Hospital for further evaluation.
