A Huntington Station deli that posted a sign in mid-January saying it was undergoing construction has closed and is available for rent.
The Fireside Deli and Caterers at 120 West Jericho Turnpike still has the construction sign but also shows a sign announcing that it is for rent by the owner.
The deli offered breakfast and lunch takeout items, as well as larger catering orders. As of Saturday, its listing on Google shows the deli as still operating.
Calls to the deli two weeks ago went to a voicemail with no name and unable to accept messages.
Town of Huntington tax records say the property is owned by by the Witkon Family LLC of Aventura, Fla.
