Suffolk County residents are invited to participate in a survey about child care needs.
The survey grows out of Gov. Cuomo’s directive to all Regional Economic Development Councils to address the child care needs of the region. The Long Island region put forward a proposal to make child care available and affordable for all families.
This survey is designed to understand the child care needs based on various work schedules, shift workers, etc. The information collected will inform the REDC and other efforts to expand the supply of quality, affordable child care on Long Island.
