Clubhouse Restaurant Listed for $1.3 Million

The Clubhouse steakhouse  at 320 West Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station is listed  for sale at $1.3 million.

The property, built in 1962, the listing is offered as a sale/leaseback.

The restaurant has 1,947 square feet; 50 feet of the property, with a newly paved parking lot, front on West Jericho Turnpike.

Co-owner Jeff Bies died in July after a fall. The restaurant had run into tax problems in October 2019 but said it had resolved the problems.

The restaurant was founded in 1962 by John and Geraldine Bies and is zoned C-6.
