The Huntington Community Band plans five concerts this summer at Heckscher Park.
The series of concerts starts July 3 with Spirit of America, featuring our country’s music from throughout the years.
July 10, the band will perform music from the stage and screen.
July 17, will focus on the music of dance, with a pre-concert performance by the HCB’s jazz band.
July 24, Band members will share the music that inspired them. Pre-concert featuring the HCB’s brass quintet.
July 24, Rock and classic music, with one young member of the audience selected to conduct.
