Cuomo Says 20 Percent Have Received at Least One Covid-19 Vaccination

More than 6 million total COVID vaccine doses have been administered across New York State, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo said Thursday.

That translates into more than 20 percent of New Yorkers have received a first dose, and 10.4 percent of New Yorkers are fully vaccinated144,946 doses have been administered across New York’s  network in the last 24 hours, and more than 1.12 million doses have been administered over the past seven days. The week 13 allocation from the federal government is in the process of being delivered to providers for administration.

Wednesday’s positivity rate dropped to 2.77 percent, the lowest since Nov. 21.
