Suffolk Legislator Tom Donnelly (D- Huntington Station) joined New York State Senator Jim Gaughran in welcoming Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar to Huntington on Wednesday, September 2.
Located at 135 West Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station, right across the street from
Legislator Donnelly’s district office, the Huntington spot is the second location for the beach-
themed California vibe restaurant with “a little twist of New York flavor!” Owners Ryan DiPaola,
John Nasta Jr. and Thomas J. Soluri Jr. opened the first Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar in Massapequa
Park in 2018, and, when it quickly became a local favorite, they sought to expand to Suffolk
County. The new location features the same great fresh food, drinks and overall dining
experience that made the original Shrimpy’s a popular casual dining spot.
“I am thrilled to welcome Shrimpy’s to the neighborhood,” said Legislator Donnelly. “I wish
them the same great success in Huntington Station that they have enjoyed in their original
Massapequa Park location.”
Suffolk County Legislator Tom Donnelly represents the 17 th Legislative District, which
includes parts of Cold Spring Hills, Deer Park, Dix Hills, Huntington, Huntington Station,
Melville, North Babylon, South Huntington, West Babylon and West Hills.
