First Heritage Insurance Agency is leaving downtown Huntington for an expanded space in Melville, T. Weiss Realty Corp. has announced.
The insurance agency has leased 7,578 square feet of office space at t 324 South Service Road, also known as Melville Corporate Center III. It will triple the size of its current footprint at 328A Main St, Huntington.
First Heritage, which offers small business insurance, homeowners’ insurance, personal auto insurance, and life insurance, will take occupancy Jan. 1.
Privately owned and operated, First Heritage was founded by its president, John Fiordalisi, in 2003. Among the insurers it represents are Nationwide, The Hartford, Travelers and Progressive.
“We are very pleased to add First Heritage to our family of tenants,” said Craig Weiss, president of T. Weiss, who represented the landlord in the transaction. Robert Hirschfeld of Hunt Corporate Services Inc. represented First Heritage.
