A man robbed a Citibank branch Monday afternoon in East Northport, Suffolk County police said.
He entered the bank at 710 Larkfield Road about 3:45 p.m., handed an employee a note threatening violence, and demanded money. The teller complied, and the man fled on foot, police said.
It was at least the third such robbery in a week. Two banks in Commack were robbed within hours using the same technique.

The man is white and was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt under a dark colored jacket. He was also wearing a Covid facemask.
