East Northport Best Market Plans $1M Renovation

The East Northport Best Market grocery store is undergoing a $1 million renovation to expand product selections and to offer “quick, quality cuisine.”

“We are excited to offer our communities a fresh, fun way to shop,” noted Aviv Raitses, vice president and general counsel at the Bethpage-based Best Market. “Adding these convenient lunch/dinner options and accommodating emerging food trends is just some of many ways we are working to provide a truly remarkable shopping experience.”

Since 2015, Best Market has acquired and opened more than 11 new locations that feature an all-new variety of grab-and-go food choices — hot meals plus health food options like fresh-made juices, smoothies and salads; hand-rolled sushi; and expanded organic, plant-based and diet-specific brands.

The renovated space in East Northport will boast more than 21,000 square feet and an expanded sales floor to fully accommodate the independent grocer’s dedication to providing a superior selection of conventional, organic and locally produced products, along with fresh produce, quality custom-cut meats, Boar’s Head products, premium bakery items, and frozen and grocery products, in addition to the new specialty departments.

Best Market operates 28 stores in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
