The Huntington Town Board has approved the scheduling of several events in the coming months, including:
- The use of Heckscher Park by the Art League of Long Island June 2-5 for its annual Art in the Park Fine Arts and Crafts show. The show will run fro 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- A farmer’s market on Sunday mornings from June 4-Nov. 19, open from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
- The use of Centerport Beach for a Centerport Fire Department custom car and cycle show on May 7, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Cold Spring Harbor Main Street Association permission to use Firemen’s Memorial Park for a community concert from 1-6 p.m. on June 25.
