Funeral services are scheduled Monday for the East Northport man who was killed last week during a family weekend visit at Marist College.
Paul Kutz, 53, leaves his wife, Nathalie, and three sons, Matt, Ryan and Sean.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Little Shelter Animal Rescue & Adoption Center, 33 Warner Road, Huntington, in memory of Paul and his love of dogs.
Kutz was shot while standing in the lobby of a hotel in Poughkeepsie as two homeless men who were staying at the hotel got into a dispute.
