Gifts for Kids for Three Kings Celebration

Royalty, kids, toys, Santa and Mrs. Claus, law enforcement and many others converged in large numbers Thursday on the parking lot of Huntington Assembly of God to celebrate Three Kings Day.

Parents drove their cars through the Huntington Station lot as the Clauses and their helpers handed out presents through the windows. In addition to toys, non-perishable food, snacks, and housing information was handed out.

Housing Help, Tri-CYA and other organizations put the event together.

Councilmen Sal Ferro, Dave Bennardo and Willie Perez,  the founder of Hombres de Palabra, NY, played the Three Kings, while Town Clerk Andrew Raia and Suffolk County Legislator Stephanie Bontempi portrayed the Claus couple. Town Supervisor Ed Smyth and Councilwoman Joan Cergol also participated.
