Google ‘Mobility Report’ Shows Where People Are Visiting, to County Level

Google has issued its Community Mobility Reports, based on data collected on where people have been going during the lockdown.

The reports chart movement trends over time by geography, across different categories of places such as retail and recreation, groceries and pharmacies, parks, transit stations, workplaces, and residential.

Google produced this information based on geo-tracking data linked to cellphones, which is the company says is anonymized.

This report drills down to the county level.  The study was conducted in countries around the world. Information about Suffolk County is on page 28.
