Health & Welfare Council of Long Island Moves to Huntington Station

Formerly located in Melville, the Health & Welfare Council of Long Island recently relocated to a new office three miles away on the Route 110 corridor.

Originally at 150 Broadhollow Rd., the new home will be based at 110 Walt Whitman Rd., Suite 101 in Huntington Station.

“We have greatly enjoyed our seven years at 150 Broadhollow Rd. in Melville, and we are looking forward to this exciting, new phase for our organization in Huntington Station,” Rebecca Sanin, president and CEO, said. “We are moving into a space that better suits the needs of our growing organization, our diverse clientele, and our 200 nonprofit member organizations.”

The Health & Welfare Council of Long Island has been serving Long Islanders for 72 years and serves communities across Long Island’s two counties addressing issues including poverty, food insecurity, disaster recover and economic stability for Long Island’s most vulnerable residents and under deserved communities.
