Lot Attendant, Competition Auto Group
- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Keeps new- and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Makes key tags for vehicles
- Performs other duties as assigned
Senior Loan Adviser, JP Morgan Chase
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending, proven sales experience in retail banking required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate preferred
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building and consulting skills preferred
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment preferred
- FHA/VA sales experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Internal: Ability to develop a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories), and can function well within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships
