Members of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office hockey team will play against a team from the New York Cancer Foundation in a charity match Saturday at Dix Hills Ice Rink.
This is the third annual “Hockey For Hope” game. The event will feature raffles, vendors, and activities for all ages. All proceeds will benefit the NY Cancer Foundation, whose mission is to relieve financial stresses experienced by Long Islanders who are dealing with cancer.
The doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the game at 7 p.m.
