Members of the Huntington Community First Aid Squad saved an unresponsive 87-year-old woman Thursday night.
The squad reported that they went to the woman’s home after receiving an emergency call at 7;09 p.m. and found her in a chair, unconscious. Finding no pulses, they cleared her airway and began CPR and then transported her to Huntington Hospital.
