A new shop featuring salads, wraps, juices, some vegan options and other healthy food choices opened this week in Greenlawn.
Juici’s, an independent store at 97B Broadway, Greenlawn, was founded by Harborfields grad Stephanie Bouchard. She plans for the store to be open seven days a week. She said the store will help “educate customers about healthy eating.”
To the sound of machines making whirring in the background, a customer in the store said, “Congratulations. This is much needed!”
Bouchard’s fiance, Robert Luckett was helping out Thursday as customers came and went. “The community is so wonderful and supportive,” he said. “They definitely wanted a place with salads.”
The shop offers curbside and dine-in service.
