Just Salad has opened in Commack, one of four new restaurants brought to Long Island by the chain founded in New York City.
The restaurant, at 6040 Jericho Turnpike, is marking the grand opening with special promotional offerings:

$5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store on Wednesday, February 1 – Sunday, February 5 will receive a discounted $5 meal.

Community Workers Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Community Workers who purchase meals in-store on Wednesday, February 8.

VIP Bowl Days: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Friday, March 3 – Sunday, March 5.
The chain will be opening a store in Westbury next month as well as two new restaurants in Huntington and Oceanside later this year.
The new Commack store occupies 1,555 square feet and offers flexible indoor seating to accommodate both small or large parties, as well as a covered outdoor patio that can seat up to eight guests at a time. Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions at its Commack location over the next several weeks to celebrate the grand opening of its first Long Island restaurant:
Just Salad says that its mission is to bring everyday health and sustainability to Long Island. Customers will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies when visiting the new stores. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal winter salads, its “Iconic Salads” – the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch, and Tokyo Supergreens – and its “Earth Friendly” menu board, featuring salads with low carbon footprints. With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, Long Island residents are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing a bowl for $1 and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.
