Lab Mix, Tabby, Shih Tzu Need Homes

These are some of the pets available now for adoption.

Meet Alice

Labrador Retriever & Pointer Mix. Short haired female puppy.

Statement from Ollie’s Angels Animal Rescue:

“Puerto Rico pups rock! We are on a mission to help the suffering dogs in Puerto Rico, so we’re very excited to introduce one of our latest cuties. This is Alice, a 4 month old, 16 lb Lab/Pointer mix (best guess…although she is also referred to as a Sato dog.) Alice is fully vetted and ready to hop on a plane to NY. All she needs is a foster or forever home! Alice is a quiet little girl on the shyer side, so we’re looking for a calm and gentle home to slowly make her feel safe when she arrives. She loves other dogs, is very good with kids, and is an all-around sweetie pie. We think she will most likely be a medium size dog when she’s all grown up. She’s up-to-date on her vaccinations, micro-chipped, and her adoption will be finalized upon spay. Adoption fee is $450.”

Meet Forest

Tabby (Brown/Chocolate), Adult, Male.

“My name is Forest. I’m a 2 year old neutered male cat. Sadly, my owner became very sick and had to go to a nursing home. Now I need a new home. I love to be held and petted! I also love to play! I have all my shots, am micro-chipped and am a healthy boy. Would you like to take me home?”

Meet JJ

Shih Tzu, Adult, Male.

Statement from Little Shelter:

“This adorable bundle of fluff is JJ, a Shih-Tzu of around 5 years old who came to Little Shelter from a local town shelter. We know that JJ likes the company of other dogs since he came to the shelter with a bunch of his housemates. He is a bit of a bashful boy looking for a patient owner with a relaxed household. Someone who will give him the guidance he needs so he can learn his way around. JJ isn’t much of a party animal so it would be best if he could get familiar with you and his new home before you have any meet and greets with family and friends. Too many people at once is a bit intimidating for him.”
