Full service has been restored on the Long Island Rail Road after an accident in Forest Hills.

Because of an accident involving a pedestrian at Forest Hills, the Long Island Rail Road has limited service Jamaica and Penn Station in both directions. Eastbound trains departing Penn Station will make all local stops.
Westbound trains will continue to bypass Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, and Woodside due to ongoing police activity.
Customers should expect residual delays in both directions.
The Port Washington Branch is not affected.
