A 91-year-old man was killed Tuesday morning when his car collided with another on Pulaski Road in Fort Salonga.
Suffolk County Police said Lawrence Margott was driving a 1998 Acura when it collided with a 2018 Dodge Ram traveling west on Pulaski at the intersection of Meadow Glen Road. Margott was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner. The driver of the Dodge was not injured.
Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
