Suffolk County Police arrested a man for selling e-liquid nicotine to minors at a Huntington business.
In response to community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section officers and representatives from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services Tobacco Regulation Enforcement Unit checked 14 businesses for the sale of e-liquid nicotine.
Kyung Oh, of Whatever Smoke Shop, 675 East Jericho Turnpike, was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 2nd Degree and issued a notice of violation by the Suffolk County Department of Health.
The following businesses complied, and refused the sale of e-liquid nicotine to minors:

* Karma Vapes, 217 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station
* Snack Bar Kiosk, Walt Whitman Mall, 160 Walt Whitman Rd, Huntington Station
* Abbey Road Tobacco, 63 Larkfield Road, East Northport
* Evolve 2 Smoke Shop, 290 Larkfield Road, East Northport
* Mr. Tobacco, 2031 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport
* Family Dollar, 301 Larkfield Road, East Northport
* Evolve Smoke Shop, 2066 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport
* The Barn, 2020 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport
* Smoke Vape, 1730D East Jericho Turnpike, Elwood
* Jericho Smoke and Convenience, 1058 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station
Oh, 66, of Flushing, was issued a field appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
