Suffolk County Police arrested a Huntington Station man Thursday and charged him with driving with 40 license suspensions.
Officers pulled over a 2015 Nissan Altima that was traveling east on West 9th Street near 3rd Avenue, at approximately 5:45 p.m. after observing excessive tint on the cars windows.
The officers determined that the driver, Hassan Nadeem, was driving with a license that had been suspended 40 times.
Nadeem, 21, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and his vehicle was impounded. Nadeem is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Cenral Islip on Friday.
