A Huntington Station man is due in court Tuesday on charges of sex with a child under the age of 13.
Carlos Argueta, 33, faces two counts of a B felony, listed as first-degree Course sex conduct with a child, which is defined as “when, over a period of time not less than three months in duration, he or she, being eighteen years or more, engages in two or more acts of sexual conduct which includes at least one act of sexual intercourse, oral sexual conduct, anal sexual conduct, or aggravated sexual contact, with a child less than thirteen (13) years old.”
He was arrested Wednesday. The Suffolk County First District Court issued a temporary order of protection, and set bond at $50,000 cash.
