Masks on Main Art Walk Brings Residents to Downtown

An art crawl brought residents to downtown Huntington Saturday to watch artists at work. The Masks on Main program had displays at 15 locations, including restaurants, stores and the Huntington Public Library.

Outside the Value Drug, residents could decorate paper masks at a Spirit of Huntington that were then hung on a display wall. Colorful masks included dogs, flowers, geometric designs and rainbows.  Musicians entertained passersby while other enjoyed outdoor dining at a number of restaurants.

Sponsors of the event included Tracey Spero Portraits, the Spirit of Huntington Art Center, Huntington Hospital, the Huntington Small Business Economic Recovery Task Force and the Huntington Village Business Improvement District.
