DelGiudice has been covering Billy Joel’s music for about two decades. In 2013, he was invited into Billy Joel’s band as a background vocalist and guitarist. DelGiudice plays bass guitar, piano, guitar, and drums. He has two solo albums; My Street and Miller Place. The site on which the latter is sold describes his as a “powerful, versatile, golden voice that blends bits of McCartney and Rod Stewart.”

Nice, if you like that sort of thing and since DelGiudice has sold out shows all across the country, people certainly do like that sort of thing. A “golden voice” turns to woven straw with a twang when DelGiudice covers Billy Joel. If you listen to just the audio, DelGiudice could be mistaken for Joel which is perhaps the ultimate compliment for a cover band, aside from, of course, being invited into the band you cover.
