New Restaurants, Store Expansion at Walt Whitman Shops

A new restaurant has opened at Walt Whitman Shops, with two more on the way.

Carpaccio’s has been operating since the end of September, but hasn’t had its official grand opening yet. The Italian restaurant is a part of the Limani Hospitality Group.

In addition, Lululemon, which is already operating at the mall, will be moving into its new, expanded   6,000-square foot space. It is expected to be open in mid-November.

Two other restaurants are pending: SweetGreen, a national chain of casual salad restaurants, is planning to open at the mall. And Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue will open, next to Urban Outfitters.
