In its 8th year, “Nightmare on Main Street” is on display through Nov. 16 at the Huntington Arts Council.
Students in grades 6-12 were invited to participate with art inspired by Halloween. Pieces include all that the Halloween season holds, magic, creativity, inspiration and transformation.
Juror Stephanie Buscema is a painter, illustrator and designer working traditionally with paints on paper. She brings with her 15 years of professional experience on a variety of projects, from publishing to textile design.
There will be a costume reception Friday, October 25, 2019 from 6-8pm at the Main Street Gallery, 213 Main Street, Huntington NY 11743.
