MAIN ST
Defendant did surrender himself on an active Northport Village arrest warrant (#36-18). As per Judge Senzer, the defendant was processed and released on $100 cash bail.

PREZIOSO, ERIK,18; EAST NORTHPORT
CATHERINE ST
The above defendant was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree after he was found to possess a quantity of concentrated cannabis and criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.

CENTERSHORE RD
The listed defendant was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

W SCUDDER PL
The listed defendant responded to this department to surrender himself on an active warrant.

INCIDENTS:

8/20

FORT SALONGA RD
Responded to the above location for a report of an elderly female not answering the door. Upon arrival, entry was made via an unlocked window and the aided was located in her bed unconscious but breathing. Northport Rescue responded and transported the aided to Huntington Hospital for follow up medical evaluation.

MAIN ST
Responded to the above location for a bird stuck in a net. Upon arrival Northport Highway was notified, responded and set the bird free.

SCUDDER PARK, BEACH AVE
Registered owner responded to Headquarters to report losing his trailer plate at Scudder beach. Larceny affidavit prepared and digitally attached to event.

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, MAIN ST
Responded to the incident location for the report of smoke possible coming from within the building. Upon arrival, the officer located a group of parishiners having a BBQ and the smoke was from the grill.

POLICE HEADQUARTERS, MAIN ST
Complainant into Headquarters to report a one sided minor accident report. Complainant reports traveling in her Fiat bearing north on Woodbine Avenue, when a 2018 Toyota bearing traveling South on Woodbine sideswiped drivers mirrors. No damage reported. The operator of the Toyota became irate and stated he was going to the police to report the incident.

NORTH RD
Responded to the above location for a report of a vehicle parked on the street in front of the neighbor’s house. Upon arrival it was determined the vehicle owner lives in the neighborhood.

WASHINGTON PL
Responded to the above location for a report of a suspicious black pickup truck that dropped off a couch in front of the caller’s house. Upon arrival it was determined the couch was dropped off in front of the wrong house. The owner of the couch stated it would be moved in front of their yard.

SEAVIEW TERR
Complainant into headquarters to report that when she left her residence on this date, she found garbage strewn all around her front walkway. The complainant is fearful that someone is targeting her and could possibly be the victim of some form of harassment.

MAIN ST
The complainant responded to this department to report his lost wallet. The complainant stated that he was unsure where in Northport he had lost his wallet and estimated the wallet was lost approximately two weeks ago. A larceny affidavit was prepared and a copy of the MV78b was attached hereto.

WARD AVE
The complainant responded to this department to report a mail dispute with the listed subject. The complainant stated that at approximately 1130 hours this date, the subject stated that she threw out mail that belonged to the complainant because the subject did not need the mail. The complainant also reported that the subject did grab the complainant’s arm when she was trying to leave the apartment. The complainant did not complain of any pain nor show any visible markings. The complainant wanted this report to be for informational purposes only.

THE WINE CELLAR ON MAIN, MAIN ST
Responded to the incident location for a report of an unwanted solicitor. Upon arrival, the officer was met with the listed representative of the Long Island Youth Club who was warned and admonished about having solicitors within stores.

VERONICA RAYNE, MAIN ST
Responded to the listed location for a female shoplifter.

HILLSIDE PL
Responded to above location for a verbal argument between mother and son over the son having friends over while she was out. No injuries. Both parties agreed to stay away from each other for the rest of the night.

WOODBINE AVE
Responded to above location for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with both subjects who stated they got into a verbal argument over the complainant’s sister staying with them. No reported criminal activity.
