CHURCH STREET
The listed defendant was issued a field appearance ticket for urinating in public.

INCIDENTS:

WARD AVENUE
Responded to the incident location for a report of a leaving the scene of an accident.

NORTHPORT HARBOR
Responded to above location for a reported domestic. Interviewed complainant who stated she had an argument with her boyfriend. Complainant refused to identify her boyfriend or provide any further details. Officer transported the complainant home.

STOP & SHOP, FORT SALONGA ROAD
Responded to above location to assist Suffolk Police with a intoxicated male being aggressive in the parking lot. The officer remained on scene until sufficient units arrived and the scene was under control.

LAUREL AVENUE
Responded to the above location for the report of unwanteed phone calls from an ex-boyfriend.

Above complainant did complete and sign a trespass affidavit against the above subject.

08/01
MAPLE AVENUE
Responded to incident location on a report of female needed help getting off the floor. Upon arrival, officer and the caller assisted the subject off the floor. Both parties declined having rescue respond and the subject appeared uninjured. No further police action required.

FORT SALONGA ROAD
Responded to the above location for a subject walking in the road. Upon arrival the officer located the subject and transported him to his residence.

BAYVIEW AVENUE
Responded to location for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the complainant stated she agreed to meet her husband to visit with their daughter. He attempted to get them water and food when she refused he became angry and began yelling at her. The complainants mother then called this agency and requested the incident be documented.

VAIL STREET
Complainant was the victim of Grand Larceny by false promise.

08/02
HAWKINS DRIVE
Responded to the incident location for a report of a possible larceny. Upon arrival it was determined no larceny took place but the complainant stated that an unknown subject moved her paddle board over her side of her backyard fence to the other side of the fence. The complainant stated she wanted this incident documented for informational purposes. The officer assisted the complainant bringing the paddle board back into her backyard. No further police action necessary.

FRANKLIN STREET
Responded to the incident location for a report of a possible intoxicated woman walking in the street. Upon arrival it was determined that the listed subject was taking a walk through the neighborhood. The subject was transported home in 963. No further action necessary.

HARBORVIEW DRIVE
Responded to the incident location for a report of an adult male choking. Upon arrival, the officer was advised by the aided that he was doing some yard work and he was choking on what he believed to be pollen. The officer suggested the aided get medically evaluated by Northport rescue to which he refused.

NORTHSIDE DELI, FORT SALONGA ROAD
Responded to the incident location for a report of a larceny from a parked vehicle.

Responded to the incident location for a report of a dispute over a parking space. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with both parties who stated there was a verbal dispute about a parking space in front of the incident location. Both parties agreed to keep the peace.

Responded to the incident location for a report of a leaving the scene of an accident.

LAUREL AVENUE
Responded to the listed location for a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident.

The above vehicle was impounded for leaving the scene of a incident. Impound entry made in Ejustice.
