Northport Village Police report the following:

INCIDENTS:

LOCUST RD
Responded to the above location to maintain the peace while the subject removed her personal belongings. Same accomplished without incident.

NORTHPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT, MAIN ST
The  victim came to police headquarters and stated her ex-boyfriend followed her when she left her house downtown and will not stop calling and texting her. The victim stated the subject was honking and trying to get the vehicle she was traveling in to pull over and followed her into the police station parking lot. At this time the victim just wishes for the subject to stop following her and stop contacting her. The officer called the subject and warned him to leave the victim alone which he agreed to do. The victim was advised to file for a restraining order in the morning.

EARL AVE
Responded to the incident location for a report of construction noise. Upon arrival, the subject stated he will cease construction until later in the day.

PSYCHIC READINGS BY DONNA, MAIN ST
This agency received a call from a concerned family member in Pittsburgh, PA regarding listed subject. The complainant states that she received a phone call from an upset subject the prior afternoon and has since been unsuccessful in making contact with her again. The officer responded to the above location and spoke with subject who appeared to be in good health and who stated she was not in need of any assistance. The caller was notified that subject was okay and that subject was advised to contact her aunt.

THE JEWELRY CONNECTION, MAIN ST
Responded to the above location for a report of damage to ceramic pumpkin.

BURR AVE
The listed complainant into police headquarters reports that she was involved in a road rage incident. The complainant reports that she was driving her vehicle southbound on Burr Avenue when a black Volkswagen made a left turn from Willis Avenue almost crashing into her vehicle. The complainant continued driving and stopped at Burr Avenue and Main Street. While stopped the other vehicle pulled up along side of her vehicle and the driver exited her vehicle yelling at her and began taking pictures of her vehicle. The complainant was concerned and wished only to document the incident.

FORT SALONGA RD
While on patrol the officer was flagged down by a complainant who stated his car was blocked in the auto body shop. Officer spoke with the business owner who stated the complainant was hanging unwanted signs on his fence. The owner agreed to move the vehicle and the complainant left without incident.

CHURCH ST
Responded to the incident location for a report of construction work without a flag person. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with employees who stated they would close the road and monitor traffic.

HIGHLAND AVE
Responded to the above location to check on the residence after the above caller received a phone call from the home phone when no one should be home. The officers checked the exterior of the residence,there were no signs of a break in or forced entry, and all doors and windows appeared secure. There were lights and a television on in the house but the caller stated his parents normally leave those on while away. The caller was satisfied that the house was securely locked and no one appeared to be inside. No further police action necessary.

SEA COVE RD
Responded to location for landlord who wants her tennant to move out. The landlord stated that the tenant is drinking excessively and playing his music loud at late hours of the night. The officer explained to the landlord her options and she stated she will formally notify him that he needs to move out.

LEWIS RD
Responded to the above location for the report of a domestic incident. Complainant states that his estranged wife came down his driveway and yelled and cursed at him. Both parties are in the process of getting a divorce and haven’t lived together in several months. Subject had left the scene prior to officer arrival. No offenses observed or alleged. Complainant requested and signed trespass affidavit affixed hereto. A canvass for the subject yielded negative results. DIR completed and given to complainant on scene.

HAWKINS DR
Responded to the above location for a report of a loud party. Upon arrival the officer spoke with the resident who agreed to turn down the music.

LOBUE, BRIANNA, 21; NORTHPORT-UNLICENSED OPER 2ND/REFUSED CHEMICAL TEST, SPEEDING – POSTED ZONE
FORT SALONGA RD
The defendant  was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
