Responded to Mama Mia of Northport Pizzeria on at the request of the New York State Department of taxation and finance. Upon arrival, officer spoke with the lead investigator who requested our assistance during the execution of said search warrant. The search warrant was executed without incident.

Responded to the incident location on a report of a violent domestic dispute. Upon arrival, the complainant stated that
her boyfriend hit her in the face with a belt causing her to get a black eye and also grabbed her by the throat throat
and covered her mouth causing her to have difficulty breathing. The defendant, Michael DePasquale, was arrested on charges of assault .
