From the Northport Village police department blotter.

May 28:

Responded to the incident location on Main Street for the report of a subject with injuries from a fall. Upon arrival, the undersigned was unable to locate anyone in need of medical or police assistance.

Responded to Constitution Square incident  for the report of a male syncope. Northport Rescue responded and transported the aided to Huntington Hospital.

Responded to the incident at Giunta’s Shopping Center for the report of a do within a vehicle barking. Upon arrival, the undersigned canvassed the parking lot for the vehicle to no avail.

Responded to the a Fort Salonga Road home for the report of an abandoned 911 call. Upon arrival, the undersigned spoke with the home owner who stated no one at that address called 911. Subsequent the investigation, the home owner’s husband realized that he accidentally called on his cell phone.

Responded to Malcolm’s Landing for the report of a suspicious subject next to the marina. The undersigned spoke with the listed person interviewed who was fishing off the beach with his family members. No further police action necessary.

May 29

Responded to Norwood Avenue location for a female possibly having a heart attack. Upon arrival Northport Rescue responded and transported the aided to Huntington Hospital.

Responded to Sea Cove Road location for the report of a male syncopal episode. Northport Rescue responded and transported the aided to Huntington Hospital.

Responded to the Rite Aid Drugs location for the report of a female with injuries from a fall. Northport Rescue responded and transported the aided to Huntington Hospital. The aided stated she fell testing a folding chair out in the store. However, multiple witnesses stated she was sitting on the arm of the chair not in the seat. Undersigned observed no defects with the chair.

Responded to the Main Street location for a dispute between neighbors. Upon arrival the undersigned officer interviewed the listed caller who stated her daughter was outside playing with a friend when her neighbors yelled at the children This caused a argument between the caller and the two people interviewed. Both parties agreed from now on they will avoid each other completely to keep the peace. No further police action necessary.
