Parade Kicks Off Second Day of Firemen’s Fair

A parade kicked off the second day of the Huntington Manor Fire Department’s firemen’s fair Wednesday, marching down Oakwood Road to the fair at Stimson Middle School.

Among the marchers were a Suffolk County police band, a group representing Saf-T-Swim, members of fire departments and elected officials, including Supervisor Ed Smyth, Town Councilman Dr. Dave Bennardo, Town Clerk Andrew Raia, Highway Superintendent Andre Sorrentino, and Suffolk Legislator Tom Donnelly.

The fair continues through Saturday, with a fireworks show as a finale each night.
