A man crossing Depot Road near East 11th Street was hit and killed by a car early Monday morning, Suffolk County police said.
Huntington Station resident Juan Rosa Aparicio, 69, was struck by a Honda southbound on Depot Road about 5:35 a.m.
The driver of the Honda, Rigoberto Flores, 44, of Huntington Station, was not injured.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
No further details were immediately available.
