Podcast: Cronins’ ‘Spreading Happiness’ Mission

John Cronin and his father, Mark Cronin, who co-own John’s Crazy Socks, a Melville sock company   with both a social and a retail mission.

The company is dedicated to making socks that support many causes, and the company employs many workers with intellectual disabilities. John, who has Down Syndrome, is the company’s “happiness officer.”

They are producing a podcast called “Spreading Happiness.” This episode starts a discussion about Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the true meaning behind their sacrifices. John talks a little bit about being a Special Olympic athlete before they move on to some good news from across the country.
