Second Precinct police are investigating two cases involving gunshots that occurred in recent days in Huntington.
At 11:10 p.m. Saturday, several shots were fired on Croley Street, striking a vehicle and a house. No injuries were reported.
Police arrested a Wyandanch man with a gunshot wound about 8 p.m. Sunday. Daquan Cannon was arrested after fleeing when his vehicle crashed on South Service Road, east of Broadhollow Road, in Melville. He had been shot in the arm. He faces multiple charges. Police said several shots had been fired into the vehicle.
