Hilda M. Tienken (April 30, 2020)
Age 94, of Huntington, Wife of the late Walter. She leaves Walter (JoAnn), Wendy Porcelli (Michael), Suzanne Kramer (Lee), six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren

Jane Giotta (April 30, 2020)
At 87 years of age. Predeceased by her husband, Anthony Giotta, and her son Paul Giotta. Survived by her brother, Robert Wood, sister-in-law Nancy Wood, daughter Susan Cardinal, daughter-in-law Andrea Giotta, and three grandchildren. Her family will hold a memorial to celebrate her life at a future date. Janet L. Lotti (nee Casazza) (May 17, 1929-May 4, 2020)
She was born to Joseph and Florence Casazza on Staten Island,  raised in Greenwich Village  and attended Cathedral High School. She married  John (Jack) Lotti on June 4, 1950, and they would have celebrated their 70th anniversary this year. Jack and Janet moved to Long Island where they had their three daughters, Jacqueline, Loraine and Arlene, eventually settling in Huntington. She was music educator and choir director, a bridal consultant and the head bookkeeper for Harrow’s Pool Supplies. She leaves her husband, John, her daughters, Jacqueline, Loraine, and Arlene (Tom).

Mary (Theresa) (Orsini) Bartasi (1938-May 6, 2020)
She was born to Arthur and Anne Orsini. Terri was a realtor on Long Island.  She is preceded in death by her husband Joe, and brother Patrick. She is survived by her twin sons Glenn and his wife, Cassidy, as well as Mark and his wife, Gina.

August Savarese (1935-May 8, 2020
Of Massapequa, born and raised in Huntington. Husband of Margaret L and stepfather of Stacey Cowap and Dana (Brendan) Cowap Price. Leaves his brother Pasquale “Pat” Savarese Jr. and was predeceased by his sisters Carol and Maryann and fraternal twin brother Donald. Uncle of Dawn and Anthony Martin, Matthew and Jayne Morrell, and Donald Savarese Jr.  Lifelong employee of LILCO, and Fourth Degree member of the Memorare Council in Seaford and the leader of the Padre Pio Honor Guard. He also participated in Maria Regina’s Holy Name Society and did volunteer work for Rebuilding Together.  Arrangements being planned for a service on Aug. 24with M.A. Connell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the The Guide Dog Foundation (in memory of Augie Savarese) can be sent to Memorare Council #3476, 2183 Jackson Ave, Seaford, NY 11783.

Carol Caldarelli (1937-May 9, 2020)
 Of East Northport  died of complications of COVID-19. Retired cashier with Stop & Shop. Mother of Elizabeth Muno, Eunice Sipley and the late Robert Caldarelli. Grandmother of three. 
 

Dorothy A. Palermo (May 9, 2020)
91,  of coronavirus.. Mother of Derek Baiz. She worked in the pathology department at Huntington Hospital for over 25 years before retiring. In her memory, donations to Alzheimer’s Association www.alz.org would be appreciated. 

August George (May 12, 2020)
Formerly of Northport, Father of Laura George; and Steve George;  Husband of the late Helen. Gus retired as a sergeant major in the Army Air Corps National Guard. and also earlier served and retired from the NYPD.  In his memory donations to; Good Shepherd Hospice. https://goodshepherdhospice.chsli.org/donations.

William Enright (May 3, 1926-May 14, 2020)
Age 94. Former Town of Huntington police officer and a retired detective in the Suffolk County Police Department. He was  a Marine veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He also served as Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus and was a member the American Legion. Bill is survived by his wife, Margaret, of 68 years; son Raymond Marion and his wife Valerie; daughter Regina Garafalo and her husband Greg; son Dennis and his late wife, MaryLouise; and daughter Joan Dirr and her husband, David; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Arrangements under the direction of Nolan Funeral Home in Northport, NY. Jeanette Roske (1943-May 15, 2020)
Jeanne Marie Roske (née Reilly), 76, on May 15, 2020, at home in East Northport. Wife of the late  Vincent Paul Roske.  She leaves her son Kevin (Mara), granddaughter Danielle (Kim Zahlman) Russo, son Doug Roske, and grandson Dillon Roske.
