Renting in Huntington: A Mix of Apartments, Houses Available

While single-family homes far outnumbers rental properties in Huntington, there are some rentals available in town. Units, from pricier downtown apartments, to small studios in private homes with accessory apartment or rental permits, or entire houses are on the market.

We’ve included a chart of where accessory apartments are registered around Huntington; it doesn’t mean that they are necessarily available for rent.

Here are a few rentals listed as available this week. 

Gerard Street/Heatherwood at 32-44 Gerard St., offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments renting at up to $3,509 and from 495-1,427 square feet in size.

Eagle Rock Apartments, 5 E. Fifth St., Huntington Station.  Two-bedroom apartments, from $2,280-$2,5.395, 720-800 square feet.

4 Lowell Ave., Greenlawn. Upstairs 1-bedroom apartment and rent includes heat and partial electric, $1,500. 

15 Westfield Dr, Centerport, studio, $1,400, 450 square feet.

1 West 13th St., Huntington Station, studio, ground floor. $1,250.

Avalon-Melville, 2-bedroom units,$2,980. 1195 square feet.

29 Kingsley Road, Huntington, three-bedroom, two-car garage, $3,200.

Fairfield-Northport Harbor, 7 Beach Road, Northport, one bedroom, $2845 and up. 

8 Weldon Lane, Commack One bedroom, one bathroom. No kitchen, $800.

Lyons Street, Melville, one-bedroom, $1,300.
