Report: Commission Wants Removal of Northport Justice

A state judicial oversight  panel has recommended that Paul Senzer be removed as Northport Village justice because of “sexist, profane and otherwise degrading language” he used in email, Newsday reported Thursday.

The questionable language was used in emails with clients he was representing in Family Court, the paper said.

“Senzer, a village justice since 1994, repeatedly used extremely vulgar language while representing clients in a Family Court matter, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found in its investigation,” the newspaper reported.

The judge can either accept the  recommendation or pursue an appeal, Newsday said.
