Several grocery stores are limiting their hours and some services in the coming days so that they can expand cleaning and to restock from the hollowing out of products by hoarders and shoppers worried by the COVID-19 epidemic.
Note that local hours may differ. Check with your store.

Delays with Home Delivery
Online shoppers may experience delays on the website as well as with delivery times. This is again due to extremely high demand.

We are also working actively with our home delivery partners to ensure that customers who wish to have Lidl products delivered are able to do so. If you’re interested in learning more about our home delivery options and whether this service is available in your area, you can find more details here.”
