State Labor Department Hiring for Remote Jobs

The New York State Department of Labor is looking to hire hundreds of employees to handle unemployment claims.  While the jobs are remote, workers must be able to report to offices in Albany or Endicott when needed.

Some of the jobs require language skills such as Polish, Creole or Korean.

A reminder from the department: State agencies that contact job applicants do not usually request personal or financial information by text message or over the phone in connection with a response to a job posting. If  contacted for such information by these methods, or any other method, please verify the identity of the individual before transmitting such information to that person.
