Assemblyman Steve Stern invites residents to bring new, unwrapped toys to his District Office for donation to the TRI CYA Community Center and Family Service League, to brighten the holidays for children in the community.
Every year, Project Toy provides parents the opportunity to “shop” for holiday gifts for their children at no cost. The gifts are then wrapped by volunteers, bringing holiday joy to needy families in Huntington.
You can drop off toys for children from birth to age 13, gift cards and/or new wrapping paper by Dec. 17 to Stern’s office, 630 New York Avenue, Suite D, Huntington, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Thank you to TRI-CYA and the Family Service League for holding this toy drive every year,” Assemblyman Stern said. “Please help them bring happiness and hope to children by donating to this effort. I wish you and your families a joyful holiday season.”
