Students Graduate from Colby, John Carroll

Max B. Manos of Cold Spring Harbor was one of 482 seniors who graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, May 27, receiving a bachelor of arts degree at the College’s 197th commencement. U.S. Sen. Susan Collins was the guest speaker.

Manos, who majored in English with a concentration in creative writing, attended Cold Spring Harbor High School and is the son of Wayne Manos and Robin Bowers of Cold Spring Harbor.

Ryley Conway of Commack graduated from John Carroll University on May 20 with a degree in Peace, Justice and Human Rights.

The University awarded 701 bachelor’s and 197 master’s degrees.

John Carroll University, founded in 1886 as Saint Ignatius College, is located in University Heights, Ohio, in suburban Cleveland.
